It is mainly used in disease units but is also increasingly used for preventive purposes. It works great as a way to relieve muscle tension, migraine headaches, general physical and mental fatigue, improve metabolism, increase blood circulation and oxygenate the muscles. The direction of movement should be consistent with the flow of venous blood (cardiac direction). The strength and intensity of massage performed by our therapists is individually selected for the current state of health, well‐being, weight and age of the patient.
